nothing more important than a proper fit. Whether
you are riding a ten-year-old bike or a new one,
getting fitted will improve your ride dramatically.
There are 3 stages to my process:
The Body Geometry and Bike-Body Symmetry Check:
- Check Inseam, and Height
- Check Arm, Femur and Torso Length
The Frame Fit:
- Check Frame Size and Height and Seat Tube Length
- Check Saddle for correct Height, Size and Comfort
- Check Stem Length, Height Stack, and Bar Width
The Fit:
- Check Saddle Position
- Check Bar and Stem Position
- Check Shoe Fit and Cleat Position
