I tailor these one-on-one sessions to your
comfort and skill level. You will learn how to
maximize control, energy and power. While
riding, I will continually check on your
positioning and form.





We will focus on:

- Gear-shifting
- Hill-climbing and descending
- Pacelining-including drafting and pulling
- Spinning and Sprinting
- Street riding-avoiding obstacles and accidents
- Endurance training
