Individual training       Group Training


Working in a group is a terrific team-building
experience. You'll learn all of the same skills
that you would in an individual session, plus
you'll develop confidence riding in group
situations or packs and expand your cycling
community.




We will focus on:

- Gear-shifting
- Hill-climbing and descending
- Pacelining-including drafting and pulling
- Spinning and Sprinting
- Street riding in groups
- Endurance and Echelon training
- Partner drills and Peloton formation
